The National Board of Examinations (NBE) conducts the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) entrance exam for admission to Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) courses. GPAT 2026 will be conducted for admission to around 39,890 M.Pharm seats in more than 800 institutes across India.
As per the latest update, NBE has closed the challenge window for the provisional answer key of GPAT 2026. Candidates could challenge the provisional answer key till March 16, 2026 (3 PM). The NBE will now release the final GPAT answer key 2026. Based on the final answer key, the GPAT 2026 results will be declared by April 7, 2026.
The GPAT 2026 exam will be conducted in computer-based (online) mode and will be held in English only. The exam duration is 3 hours (180 minutes), during which candidates have to answer 125 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) carrying a total of 500 marks. For each correct answer, 4 marks are given, while 1 mark is deducted for every wrong answer; unanswered questions carry no negative marking.
