The GPAT counselling will be conducted by the participating institutes individually. Candidates who will secure the GPAT cutoff will be eligible for the counselling procedure. Aspirants will be able to participate in the GPAT 2026 counselling based on the scores obtained in the pharmacy entrance examination and their eligibility. The seat allocation for the M.Pharm admission through GPAT 2026 will be done based on the availability of the seats and choices made for the colleges.

Detailed procedure of GPAT counselling 2026
Document verification
GPAT 2026 counselling dates will be released by the participating institutes.
Candidates will have to report to the particular venue/institute along with the documents mentioned above.
Note: Candidates must carry the original documents at the time of GPAT 2026 counselling. Original documents will not be submitted.
Choice filling and locking
Go to the official website of GPAT: natboard.edu.in
Click on the ‘Web options entry’ portal
A list of participating institutes will appear on the screen
Candidates will have to fill the options with the names of their preferred institutes. Candidates are advised to choose as many institutes as possible
Check the choices made carefully and if satisfied, ‘Save’ and ‘Lock’ the choices. Choice once locked will not be altered
Take a print out of the filled choices for future reference

Based on the GPAT cap round merit list and scores obtained by the candidates, seats will be allotted
Candidates will have to download the allotment letter of GPAT 2026 from the official website of the institute.
Reporting at the allotted college
After the GPAT seat allotment 2026 process, candidates will have to report to the allotted college within the stipulated date and time
Candidates will also have to submit the requisite documents in the institute
Once the reporting and other admission formalities of GPAT 2026 are complete, candidates will have to pay the prescribed fee of the institutes

GPAT 2026 Cutoff
Along with the result, NBE will also release the GPAT 2026 cutoff. The GPAT cutoff states the minimum scores that need to be secured in the entrance examination. Candidates securing the minimum cutoff will be granted admission into M.Pharm courses. Participating institutes will release their own GPAT 2026 cutoff based on which admission will be granted to that particular college.
